Our wait list is 9-12 months for an efficiency and 24-28 months for a one bedroom.

Admissions

Applications are available in the business office at Tyler Street Tower (922 W. 9th Street).  You may also request an application be mailed, emailed or faxed to you.

Application and Screening Process

All applicants must be 62 years of age or older with no criminal background.

Once a completed application is received, it is time/date stamped and added to the wait list.  It then takes 3-5 business days for the application to be screened for eligibility.  Once processed, the applicant will be notified by phone or mail.

If applicants do not respond to our attempts to contact them, they will be removed from the wait list.  If applicants refuse an available apartment, their name ill be moved to the bottom of the list.
